Our approach is to begin with a consultation, where we can sit down with the creditor to best understand the nature and history of the debt, and the person(s) who owe the debt.  This allows us to help assess the likelihood of successful collection, identify obstacles, and identify areas where further investigation may be warranted.  We then can advise the creditor on the likelihood of successful collection, and the most cost-effective method to recover what is owed.
